Looking down an English street. This feels so much different than my neighborhood in the USA. I really feel the fact that I am across the Atlantic and that only a few hours before I was imagining all of this. Here I am. "I don't believe it!", as Victor Meldrew would say. One thing I noticed and liked was the simplicity of their license plates. They are very readable and serve their purpose. Ours are a gaudy mishmash of states and interest groups trying to outdo each other. Sometimes I wonder how anyone reads the darn things!
