As can be seen here, Vlad is a very busy man but he kindly took the time to serve me a delicious cup of coffee and chat for a few minutes about some questions I had about the artist Micaela Eleutheriade. Notice the big fat red pencil near his hand where he can grab it at a moment's notice. This is an editor's main weapon and Vlad has a very serious one indeed. I'm not sure what a green one would be used for.
