I was taken by surprise by a ferry ride that I was not expecting. With the car parked on board and engine stopped, I climbed out and enjoyed the late afternoon. Here at the landing men and boys fish while another boy leans on his bike to watch. I could have watched all evening—getting excited as someone pulled out a catch—just letting my mind wander while waiting... waiting....
