What a feast! Cool crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers, three scoops of mamaliga and beef with sauce. Oops, not picture perfect! Even though the plate is graced with an artistic garnish, I ruined the effect with some sauce on the rim. I must admit that I sampled before taking the picture--I was famished! Also, the blue jeaned lap is very nonprofessional. At least I took the picture before I soiled the table cloth and that lap.
