This interesting building was quietly nestled in the midst of the hubbub. What a beautiful place it would be if someone would pay attention to it. One trick that towns and developers do in the USA is to own a property and let it decay. Eventually it is condemned and they have a perfect excuse to tear it down and do us a big favor by building something obnoxious that will make them their money. I do hope that this building is appreciated enough to give it a new life someday.
