Bran, 31 August

We ventured forth and managed to cross the busy road alive. On this side of the river wooden sculptures have recently been erected. It seems that Bran is the capital of wooden statues. The park in town is filled with them so they've moved down here. If the process continues, there will be no room for the non-wooden citizens or tourists. On the other side of the river are the Stella Maris chapel and remains of the hospital and power station.
